Diplomatic proceedings is where nations will come to discuss with one-another on issues that may affect them or topics of interest/intrigue.

This does not necessarily mean only conflict through military interference — such as the suppression of riots through military force or military operations, but can include all military-enacted/supported activities.

These include military exercises & additional training, the movement of military assets — such as a formation of troops — the testing of equipment under R&D, or launching of military programs — such as space-based exploration or the launching of military satellites — or the acts of espionage and assassination.

International entities have been present since before the Cold War, but truly took precedence with the Cold War when NATO and the Warsaw Pact became the two warring sides of the conflict.

Modern international entities beyond the United Nations in the real world include NATO, the European Union, the Collective Security Treaty Organization, and the Arab League.

International Journalism is the section where nations spread news through either social media or other outlets of information. This can include television networks, the press, & social media sites.

Nations can use such outlets to either spread propaganda or to remain informed about the current state of world affairs. Whatever is present in Media Outlets is presumed to be public knowledge, which means that nations must be careful of what they release to the media.

Global Events is where nations will share the events unfolding across the world. Such events can include natural & manmade disasters, public events, riots, the interaction of the people of one nation with another, and other similar events that do not fit into any of the other categories.

Events can be tied to events present in all other categories, and can, in turn, possibly influence them to a minor extent.
